Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms govern your use of WhoSaw (the "Service"), available at whosaw.app. The Service is operated by Ahmed Mustafa, an individual based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
1. What WhoSaw does
WhoSaw connects to your Google Analytics account with read-only access and shows simplified reports, a weekly summary, and checks of how AI assistants and crawlers see your website. WhoSaw does not change anything in your Google account.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must only connect Google Analytics properties and websites that you own or are authorized to access and analyze.
- Tell us promptly at hello@whosaw.app if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to analyze websites or data you are not authorized to access;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security or usage limits of the Service;
- resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission, except as allowed on the Agency plan;
- use the Service in violation of any law, or of Google's, OpenAI's or Perplexity's terms.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans. Current features, limits and prices are shown on our pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance by subscription through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
- If you downgrade, your data is kept, but features and tracked prompts above the new plan's limits are paused.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period.
5. Your own API keys
On plans that let you use your own OpenAI or Perplexity API keys, you are responsible for those accounts, their costs, and compliance with those providers' terms. We use your keys only to run the tracking for your account and store them encrypted.
6. Your data
- You own your data. We use it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You give us permission to access, store and process your data as needed to operate the Service for you.
- You can export or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Accuracy and limitations
- Figures come from Google Analytics and are subject to its limits, such as data thresholds, sampling and processing delays. Reports may differ slightly from other tools.
- Traffic from AI assistants is often undercounted, because some apps do not pass their source to websites.
- Answers from AI assistants vary between users, locations and times. Our tracking shows what the assistants returned when we checked, not what every user sees.
- Insights and recommendations are informational. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on them.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties including Google, OpenAI, Perplexity and our hosting providers. Changes to, or outages of, these services may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design and content, excluding your data. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice where possible and refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you use only the Free plan.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
